1. How to use?

Simply place the BENTSAI B85 handheld inkjet printer onto surface to be printed and press the print button. Next, start moving the printer upon the surface, inkjet printing occurs automatically. This printer adapts to the speed of the user, so whether moving fast or slow, the printout will look the same.

2.What is the Metal Printing Positioning for?

To ensure proper print position on surfaces with irregular or uneven surfaces that may wrinkle such as fabrics, kraft paper bags or plastic bags, and many more.

3. How long does it take to charge the machine?

It only takes 3.5 hours to charge 100% with the original power adapter.

4. Can it print on plastic film or glass ?

Yes, as the ink cartridge included is fast dry ink, it is suitable for any porous and non-absorbing materials.

5. Can I only put one or two ink cartridges instead of four?

Yes, one or more cartridges can be installed for use and can be installed in any slot. The B85 wide format handheld printer has 4 adjustable print-heads, and each print-head can print up to 10 lines of content (one inch), if put in 4 print-heads can print up to 40 lines (4 inches). You can insert different units of cartridges to meet your printout demand.

6. What is the difference between Bentsai B80 and B85 wide format handheld printer?

The main difference between Bentsai B80 and B85 is the ink they use. B85 printer can use both aqueous ink and solvent fast dry ink, while B80 can only use aqueous ink. So B85 can print on any material surface but the B80 can use for water-absorbing surface.

7. Can the ink (EB22 Series) for B85 handheld printer be refilled?

No, the refilled ink can only be used for the ink cartridge (EB21 Series) of B80 handheld printer. Bentsai provides lower cost refillable ink (28ml) to refill the cartridge to help you maximizing cost savings.But we don't have refillable ink for B85's ink cartridge now.

8. Can I choose a plug for the products?

There are different types of plugs for different countries. Our customer service staff will confirm with you by email after you place an order.
